Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
  • During festive seasons, sales, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
  • A nominal shipping fee may apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if available.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with a tracking number and courier details. You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment.

Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.
  • Our courier partners may contact you before delivery.
  • If delivery attempts fail due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery:

  • Do not accept the package.
  • Take photographs of the package.
  • Contact us immediately within 24 hours of the delivery attempt.

International Shipping

Currently, ABYORA.IN ships only within India. We plan to introduce international shipping in the future.

Delayed Shipments

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier network issues
  • Weather conditions

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs.
